About the Opportunity
Quantum School of Law is organizing its 5th edition of the All-India Moot Court Competition on Personality Rights in the Digital Era. The competition aims to provide students with practical insights into the legal field, fostering the development of interpersonal and advocacy skills. Participation enhances students’ research and oratory skills, preparing them for the challenges of a courtroom.
The event is led by the Convener, Ms. Aditi Mishra, with support from faculty conveners Mr. Shantanu Shekhar & Dr. Aditya Tomar. Student members of the organizing committee include Mr. Manudev Arya, Ms. Aanchal Saini, Mr. Aryan Jain, Mr. Abdulla Iqbal Khan & Ms. Harsha Chawla.
Eligibility and Team Composition
- Eligibility: The competition is open to law students currently pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year LL.B. Programme.
- Team: Each team must consist of 3 members: two speakers and one researcher.
- Anonymity: Teams shall not disclose their identity or the identity of their institution at any time during the competition. Any such disclosure will invite penalties, including disqualification, at the discretion of the organizers.
