About SVKM’s NMIMS

Founded in 1981 by the socially conscious SVKM, SVKM’s NMIMS began as a modest management institute above Bhaidas Hall, Mumbai. Over the years, it has evolved into a globally renowned university rooted in excellence and innovation.

From its humble beginnings at Bhaidas Auditorium to a sprawling 5,50,000 sq. ft. campus in Vile Parle, Mumbai, NMIMS has emerged as a landmark institution in India. Now a Deemed-to-be University, NMIMS offers multidisciplinary education through 17 specialized schools across multiple campuses.

13th – 14th March, 2026

Eligibility

The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses (3-year or 5-year).

• Each participating team must represent only one institution.

• No institution shall be allowed to register more than one team.

• In case an institution has more than one campus, a team may represent a specific campus.

Team Composition

a. Each team shall consist of three members, comprising two speakers and one researcher.

b. After the registration deadline, substitution of team members shall be permitted only under exceptional circumstances and with prior approval of the organizers.

Registration

a. Teams must register by completing the designated registration form (registration link provided).

b. Each team must designate one member as the Point of Contact (POC), who will be responsible for receiving and sharing all official communications related to the Competition.

c. Upon submission of the registration form, a provisional confirmation email shall be sent to the respective institution.

d. Registration shall be considered complete only upon payment of the registration fee.

e. All registration formalities must be completed by 07 February 2026.

f. Teams shall be assigned a unique Team Code, which must be used for identification throughout the Competition.

g. Disclosure of the institution’s identity in any form during the Competition is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or disqualification, as determined by the Faculty Convenors of the 2nd NMIMS MCC 2026.
