About the Firm
Located in Dahisar East, Mumbai, MJ & Associates is engaged in legal consultancy and litigation support. The firm is seeking interns on an urgent basis to assist in ongoing matters and projects.
Internship Details
- Firm: MJ & Associates – Mumbai
- Location: A-15, Bahar CHS, S.V. Road, Next to Canara Bank, Dahisar East, Mumbai – 400068
- Duration: As per the firm’s requirement (urgent openings)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
- Working Hours: As per the firm’s schedule
- Certificate: Internship Certificate upon successful completion
Objectives of the Internship
- To provide hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, and consultancy practice
- To strengthen the application of legal fundamentals in practical scenarios
- To encourage skill development in professional communication, client handling, and multitasking
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th-year students of 5-Year Integrated Law Programmes
- Open to final-year students of 3-Year LL.B. Programmes
- Strong legal fundamentals and research skills are required
- Ability to multitask across legal and consultancy assignments
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, legal databases, and research tools)
Internship Structure
- Research & Drafting: Legal research, case law analysis, and drafting assignments
- Consultancy Work: Exposure to legal consultancy under supervision
- Practical Learning: Interaction with associates and mentors
- Evaluation: Based on performance, quality of research, and contributions
