The School of Law, IILM University, Greater Noida invites academicians, researchers, legal professionals, and policy thinkers to contribute to the Volume III, Issue 2 of its bi-annual peer-reviewed publication – the IILM Law Journal. The journal promotes interdisciplinary research and critical legal scholarship that engages with contemporary socio-economic issues and global legal developments.

The School of Law offers comprehensive legal education through its integrated and postgraduate law programs (B.A. LL.B. The IILM Law Journal (ISSN: 2583-8806) is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed publication under the aegis of the School of Law. It aims to provide a platform for legal research that intersects with fields like political science, public policy, sociology, economics, and technology. The journal encourages innovative and solution-oriented analysis of contemporary legal issues, both national and international.

Theme

There is no specific theme prescribed. However, preference will be given to manuscripts that provide:

• A critical legal analysis of current issues, and
• Socio-economic solutions aligned with the identified challenges.

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and written in English.

Submission Guidelines

• Authorship: Maximum of two co-authors per manuscript
• Plagiarism: Must not exceed 10% (strictly enforced)
• Formatting:
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified
  • File Type: .doc or .docx only
• Accompanying Documents:
  • Cover Letter (with author details, designation, institution, title, contact info)
  • Declaration of Originality (stating the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere)

Note: Manuscripts must be anonymized. The text should not contain any personal identification (name, affiliation, acknowledgments, etc.), including in document metadata.
