About CCLG

Recognising that corporate entities play a pivotal role in the economic, political, and social landscape, CCLG strives to contribute to the evolution of an efficient corporate legal framework in India. The Centre engages with emerging challenges across corporate regulation, governance, and compliance, supporting the national mission of promoting ease of doing business while curbing unscrupulous corporate practices.
About the Conference
Corporate law forms the backbone of modern business, defining how companies are constituted, governed, held accountable, and aligned with societal expectations. In today’s era, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and robust governance mechanisms have become essential for ensuring transparency, ethical conduct, and sustainable growth.
To foster dialogue on these themes, CCLG proudly announces the 1st Corporate Law Summit 2025 on Corporate Law, ESG, CSR & Governance — a premier gathering of scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students to present research, share insights, and explore innovative solutions to pressing corporate legal challenges. Through panel discussions, paper presentations, and interactive sessions, the conference aims to explore emerging trends and practical approaches to effective corporate governance and responsible business conduct.
